Article VIII — Committees
ARTICLE VIII COMMITTEES
- SPECIAL COMMITTEES: The Board may authorize such special committees as are deemed necessary. Any special committees shall report to the Board and may be dissolved when its report is accepted by the Board.
- ADVISORY COUNCILS: There may be advisory councils selected to give advice and counsel to the Board of Directors. The councils could be composed of Mayors, Superintendents, County Administrators, Elected Officials, Central Office Personnel, Principals, Teachers, Parents, and Lay Persons.
