Article IX — Fiscal Year
ARTICLE IX FISCAL YEAR
- JANUARY: The Board of Director’s organizational governance year follows the calendar year.
- JULY: The fiscal year shall commence on July 1 and end on June 30 each year. The Board shall employ qualified public accountants for the purpose of conducting an annual fiscal audit upon the books and records of the Board. Regulations appropriate to Minnesota Independent School Districts shall govern audit procedures.
