801      FACILITIES

I. PURPOSE

The purpose of this policy is to provide guidelines for the governing board and staff as they secure and maintain a facility to carry out the mission of this agency.

II. GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY

The acquisition or lease of any and all NWSC facilities should reflect and support the mission of this agency.

III.  AUTHORITY

Minnesota regional service agencies, service cooperatives, have statuary authority to rent, lease, acquired land, real estate and or erect and maintain buildings for the good of the agency.
