417      EMPLOYEE CLOTHING / NWSC LOGO

I. PURPOSE

The purpose of this policy is to encourage NWSC employees to purchase and wear clothing displaying the NWSC Logo for marketing and public relations purposes.

II. GENERAL STATEMENT OF POLICY

1. The NWSC will pay for the cost of embroidering the NWSC logo on clothing purchased by the employee. The NWSC will secure an agreement with a company (i.e. Universal Screenprint) to provide the embroidering service to assure a uniform product.
2. The NWSC will reimburse the employee for one half (1/2) of the cost of each garment purchased for the purpose of displaying the NWSC approved logo, up to a maximum of one hundred ($100) per year.
3. The cost of the logo embroidering will be paid directly by the NWSC, and the reimbursement to the employee for clothing purchased will be based on receipts submitted and approved by the Executive Director.
