413      EMPLOYEE AND EMPLOYER – RESPONSIBILITIES

(1) The staff of this Service Agency has been selected because of skills, talents, abilities, personalities and problem solving skills. With this in mind, the team building of all human resources has been the strength of the NW Service Cooperative.

(2) Employees are encouraged to wear Northwest Service Cooperative logo clothing at least two (2) times a week.

(3) Employees are expected to be knowledgeable of their work assignments, state, federal and related agency laws, rules and regulations. With this in mind, the NWSC expects and appreciates the work compliance and performance of all employees.
