It’s true.

My carefully scheduled credit,
past due,
doesn’t matter much to you.

But if I clear the balance
carried to
and let love filter through

a domino effect unfolds
on cue,
touching hearts I never knew.

Each separate branch of kindness
from a few
reveals of a forest of trees that grew.
