At Central Lakes College, our training was similar to the above process:Week 1 (2 hours meeting together and about 10 hours of independent work)
What is OER?We used the OER Faculty Workshop.What is an OER Specialist?

Email set up
MS Word set up
Pressbooks set up (We used the MN Libraries Publishing Project.)
