Why the world needs more Georgia (O’Keefe)

When it comes to

me.   space

is not

allowed

round breaks every rule known to mankind

Ripe belly    soft-pear

Luscious curve

to have.  and to Hold

Slides to

the other side

of shame

and transforms Grotesque

in a mirror

I live with the voices of ghosts how dare you

How dare I
Blossom

Before you

——————————

Chopping

the palest red onion
Rosy and streaked

Presents its hip
and knife separates    in turn
Love with a side of Passion

Fragrance
a tear

yellow breast of  a finch alights

in the window

I worry I must harden

myself into silence, and

I drift away       and I

drop noodles into

the burner
