chaos theory

controls desert,
strings unravel.
receipts tear,
tendons do too.
chaos trickling to every crevice,
and every crevice floods.
entropy rules the kingdom,
dictating spirals to twist.
reflections cloud,
voices echo.
mirrors break,
hearts do too.
shattering, swirling cracks,
and cracks turn to patterns.
chaos theory reigning,
i think
it’s the butterfly effect,
i think i’m right.
