Our Goals and Vision

Libraries continue to serve an important role in Southwest Minnesota. In recent years, they have become gathering places for members of the public that provides educational and entertaining opportunities. Plum Creek’s future goals are to support libraries in the region by strengthening partnerships  and fostering community engagement.

This will be done through a combination of technology support, continuing education, and advocacy. The nine person staff of the Plum Creek Library System continues to serve an important role in the local and statewide library community.
