Kathryn Klopfleisch

Kathryn has worked in higher education for a little over thirty years now. Her degrees are in English and Adult Literacy and she teaches English, reading and study skills. She has also participated in managing Learning Centers. Her passion has consistently been students who find college difficult– she has designed and conducted two Internal Review Board approved studies focused on understand how students think about studying, has written a study skills book geared for students, and has collaborated with faculty from liberal arts and programs to provide direct study skills instruction to students and to develop curriculum to help students with executive functioning skills. Currently, she teaches at Inver Hills Community College.

Elizabeth Kellett

Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience teaching English at all levels, including many years of writing center work. She’s seen first-hand how assisting students with executive functioning skills can help them to achieve their goals. She loves teaching at the college level and is constantly inspired by her students and their determination to learn. She teaches at Inver Hills Community College.
